Access to PhD programmes is granted through a competitive examination
The selection tests, divided into two phases, include an assessment of qualifications and an oral interview. The entire process is managed to ensure transparency and impartiality.
Degree qualification
The following individuals are eligible to enrol in the PhD programme:
- Holders of a master's degree or specialist degree
- Holders of a suitable foreign academic qualification. The qualification must grant access to a PhD programme according to the education system of the country where it was obtained.

Deadlines for obtaining the entry qualification
- By 31 October 2024 for those enrolled in Competition 1
- By 31 December 2024 for those enrolled in Competition 2 - PNRR
